She graduated from the Police Academy in Skopje (2008), where she also earned a Master\u2019s degree in Criminology and Criminalistics (2011), and completed her PhD at the Faculty of Security \u2013 Skopje (2014). As a former Fulbright alumna, she conducted research at the University of Missouri\u2013St. Louis (2021) on General Strain Theory and substance abuse. In 2023, Dr. Stanojoska was awarded a Chevening Scholarship in Cybersecurity in the Western Balkans. She currently serves as Vice-Dean for Science and International Cooperation. She is the author of three criminology textbooks, several monographs, and numerous academic papers on criminal sanctions in North Macedonia. Her research focuses on women\u2019s crime, violent criminal offenses, incarcerated women, and gender-based violence in the digital space.<br\/><br\/>\u201cBy sharing my experience and knowledge, I believe I can encourage young women and help them build the self-confidence needed to overcome the challenges they face. For me, mentorship is an opportunity to help create a more just society where young women can develop without barriers and stereotypes, and to support them in becoming strong, self-confident women who positively influence their communities and society as a whole.
