From 2018 to 2024, she worked in the Government of North Macedonia, including in a senior position within the Cabinet of the Prime Minister, where she developed and implemented communication strategies targeting domestic audiences. Since 2013, she has also served as a national instructor in the Red Cross program \u201cPromotion of Humane Values,\u201d motivating young people from different ethnic communities to cooperate and foster dialogue. Her experience further includes managing PR campaigns, coordinating USAID-funded projects, and supporting initiatives related to social innovation and sustainable development. She holds a degree in International Communication from UEJL and has pursued studies in Political Science at ICES, France.<br\/><br\/>\u201cFor me, mentorship represents an opportunity to share experiences, knowledge, and lessons gained through years of work, in order to help someone progress more quickly and confidently toward their goals.
