As project manager until 2024, she conducted research, authored policy briefs, organised events and maintained the network\u2019s public presence. <br\/> Elevation to president in August\u202f2022 expanded her remit to representing the organisation and steering its strategic planning, where she oversees the execution of business plans and advocacy initiatives, with a strong focus on empowering women and girls.<\/p>\n\n<p>Dimova couples her Stella responsibilities with wider analytical and civic work. She is a senior analyst at Pikasa Analytics, producing media\u2011monitoring reports on propaganda narratives across multiple regions, and previously spent nearly nine years managing anti\u2011corruption and civil\u2011society projects at the Macedonian Center for International Cooperation. Her academic background includes a BA in Political Science and an MA in Applied Politics from the University \u201cSt.\u202f<br\/> Cyril and Methodius\u201d in Skopje. Complementary training in AI, statistical analysis, advocacy, stakeholder management and gender sensitivity has broadened her toolkit.
