This powerful message set the tone for our recent event, “Beyond Achievements: Navigating Growth and Resilience,” with the incredible Vigjilenca Abazi, co-founder of the Stella Network.
We laughed and we cried—but most importantly, we shared our journeys: navigating tough choices, life’s pressures, wins and setbacks, the highs and the lows. Together, we reflected on how mentors and mentoring can make a difference, guiding us through the noise and helping us stay true to who we are.
Thank you to everyone who joined the conversation and opened their hearts. Let’s keep growing, supporting one another, and redefining success on our own terms!
This event took place within the project “Equal Opportunities for Girls and Young Women in North Macedonia,” focused on addressing the gender gap. The project is implemented by the Stella Network and the National Youth Council of Macedonia with financial support from the British Embassy in Skopje.
