Women's mentorship network
Mentorship within the Stella women’s network involves sharing guidance and advice from girls and women for girls and women, aiming to achieve their life and professional goals and aspirations. Mentees receive support from their mentors not only in the fields of education and career, but the network also provides support for overcoming the everyday social and private obstacles and pressures faced by girls and women in Macedonia.
Through various projects and activities, the organization aims to contribute to a national discussion on the social and structural obstacles we must collectively face to support women and girls in their future self-actualization. By bringing together women from different backgrounds and experiences, Stella strives to create an inclusive environment that welcomes everyone, regardless of their gender, sexuality, age, or socio-economic status, through an intersectional approach.
Our team firmly believes in the importance of support and togetherness when developing our potential.
