She is the founder and president of the Women’s Network for New Policies – IDEM Network, a civil society organization through which she edits the website www.ednakvi.mk aimed at increasing the visibility of women, and manages the first database of women experts. She has contributed to the integration of gender perspectives into various departments, policies, programs, and laws. She also prepared the Standard Operating Procedure for the development of gender-sensitive policies within political parties and has mentored policy development across multiple sectors. “Mentorship is important to me because it allows me to help other women acquire new knowledge, gain motivation, and become actively involved in social life. Additionally, mentoring always allows me to learn something new myself, as I believe it is a two-way process.”
