“Mentorship represents an opportunity for me to transfer knowledge, experience, and support to those who are at the beginning of their professional or entrepreneurial journey. I believe that with appropriate guidance, young people and future leaders can develop their potential more quickly and create a positive impact in their communities. I see mentorship as a two-way process—while I share knowledge and experience, I also learn from the fresh energy, ideas, and enthusiasm of the young people I work with. This inspires me to continue contributing to the building of a stronger, more innovative, and sustainable future.”
