“For me, mentorship is one of the most valuable tools for personal and professional development. I have had the privilege of learning from outstanding professionals whose guidance and belief in my abilities helped me overcome challenges and build self-confidence. I believe mentorship is a process of mutual learning and growth—the mentor inspires but also learns from students and colleagues. My experience as a mentor in academia and public health programs shows that its true strength lies in creating generations of professionals who bring knowledge, vision, and responsibility for positive change.”
