PhD candidate at the Hungarian University of Sports Science, researching ethnic prejudice among basketball players and fans in North Macedonia. Alongside my academic pursuits, she is actively involved in psychotherapy and (basketball) coaching, with a particular interest in integrating psychological principles into sports.
Her aim is to work at the intersection of sports, psychology, and social inclusion, exploring how these fields can support personal development, social cohesion, and positive change within communities.
„ Mentorship is important to me because it offers a chance for both personal and professional growth. As someone who is involved in research, coaching, and psychotherapy, I’ve seen how valuable it is to learn from others’ experiences. I’ve had mentors who have guided me through different challenges, helping me refine my academic work and improve my coaching skills. Now, I want to pass that on by supporting others in their development. Mentorship is about creating a space for mutual learning and encouragement, where everyone can grow and share their knowledge. It’s a way to help others reach their potential, especially in areas where sports, psychology, and social inclusion come together.“
