What if every high school girl had access to a mentor?
That’s the vision we believe in—and are making real this year.
In just 5 months of continuous field work, we held mentorship sessions in 98 schools across Macedonia.
We visited 38 cities and communities.
We spoke with over 2,000 high school girls as part of our sessions.
None of this would have been possible without the dedication of the 15 facilitators of these sessions—two team members (Teodora and Fatos, who visited 41 schools) and 13 mentors and collaborators from Stella’s Women’s Mentorship Network (Marta, Teano, Angelina, Tijana, Emilija, Marija, Elena, Mirlinda, Simona, Stefanija, Nadica, Rita, and Natalija).
But we’re not stopping here.
We’re continuing to build a generation of confident, supported, and unstoppable girls.
