“For me, mentorship is a bridge—a connection between others’ experience and our own motivation to unlock our potential. I feel a responsibility to pass on knowledge and lessons learned, especially to women who aspire to academic, civic, or professional engagement. My academic and professional background has shown me that shared experience multiplies impact—one perspective can open thousands of new ones. Mentorship builds trust, self-confidence, and community, all of which are essential for the transformation of both individuals and society.”
