Natasha Dimova

Natasha Dimova joined the Stella Network in August 2018 and quickly became central to its mission of mentorship and gender equality. As project manager until 2024, she conducted research, authored policy briefs, organised events and maintained the network’s public presence.
Elevation to president in August 2022 expanded her remit to representing the organisation and steering its strategic planning, where she oversees the execution of business plans and advocacy initiatives, with a strong focus on empowering women and girls.

Dimova couples her Stella responsibilities with wider analytical and civic work. She is a senior analyst at Pikasa Analytics, producing media‑monitoring reports on propaganda narratives across multiple regions, and previously spent nearly nine years managing anti‑corruption and civil‑society projects at the Macedonian Center for International Cooperation. Her academic background includes a BA in Political Science and an MA in Applied Politics from the University “St.
Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje. Complementary training in AI, statistical analysis, advocacy, stakeholder management and gender sensitivity has broadened her toolkit. Through these roles, Dimova consistently champions mentorship, gender equality and civil‑society development across the Western Balkans.
